Welche Fähigkeiten und Berufserfahrung erwarten wir von Dir?

• Expertise in Aufbau, Durchführung und Auswertung von optischen Experimenten
• Expertise in Photonik, optischem Design und Simulation
• Erfahrung in den Algorithmen der (Bild-)Datenverarbeitung (Lineare Algebra)
• Programmierkenntnisse in Python, bevorzugt Kenntnisse in C++
• Erfahrung in der technischen Umsetzung eigener Ideen und deren Patentierung
• Leidenschaft für die Bewältigung komplexer Herausforderungen und Lust auf persönliches Lernen und Wachstum

Was wirst Du als Physiker, Mathematiker, Naturwissenschaftler, Ingenieur (m, w, d) tun?

• Experimentelle Arbeit an Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten in einem interdisziplinären Team
• Eigenständige Planung und Durchführung von physikalischen Messreihen, sowie Auswertung und Präsentation der Ergebnisse
• Bildverarbeitung und Optimierung (klassisch und KI)
• Spezifikation von (optischen) Komponenten
• Testen und Optimieren von HW und SW für unsere 3D-Technologie
• Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungspartnern für Optik, Konstruktion und Design
• Entwicklung von Messmitteln zur Qualitätssicherung (Kalibrierung)
• Aufbau von Prototypen mittels 3D-Druck
• Optimieren der Verfahren und Materialien hinsichtlich ihrer Verwendung für die Serienproduktion

• Expertise in setting up, conducting and evaluating optical experiments
• Expertise in photonics, optical design and simulation
• Experience in (image) data processing algorithms (linear algebra)
• Programming skills in Python, preferably knowledge of C++
• Experience in the technical implementation of own ideas and their patenting
• Passion for tackling complex challenges and desire for personal learning and growth

As a Physicist, Mathematician, Scientist, Engineer (m, f, d), what are you going to do?

• Experimental work on research and development projects in an interdisciplinary team
• Independent planning and execution of physical measurement series, as well as evaluation and presentation of the results
• Image processing and optimization (classical and AI)
• Specification of (optical) components
• Testing and optimization of HW and SW for our 3D technology
• Collaboration with development partners for optics, construction and design
• Development of measuring equipment for quality assurance (calibration)
• Construction of prototypes using 3D printing
• Optimizing the processes and materials with regard to their use for series production
